May my words remind you of your sacredness,

fan your fire,

dance in you with their wild, fierce, tender, sensual tune.
 

This book came from a place deep within me that wanted to be birthed through me. 

These words made their way on paper as if they had every right to be here. They wanted to be nestled into souls as they demanded to be heard. They would stop me in whatever I was doing and compel me to grab a pen, and I chose yes.
 

I knew that if I chose to play small and hide what I wanted to express, this creativity would stop gracing me with its presence, and I would deeply regret having held back. 
 

Once it began flowing, it was unstoppable, so I stood out of the way, knowing that those who find these words need them as much as I needed to write them.
